An immersive tasting rooted in place. The Centennial Mountain Vineyard Tasting offers a focused exploration of wines grown on one of the Sonoma mountain’s most distinctive sites. Shaped by elevation and strong coastal influence, these wines are among the most compelling and distinctive being grown in California today—defined by precision, restraint, and a clear expression of origin.
An intimate meeting of precision and place. We’ve partnered with Chef Nobu of Asahi Sushi & Kitchen to explore the harmony between Centennial Mountain wines and authentic Japanese cuisine. Four meticulously crafted bites are paired to highlight texture, balance, and nuance—where purity of flavor takes center stage.
